Richie bought me a mouthguard. He is really serious about making me wear it at night. My teeth grinding doesn't bother me because I don't wake up to it but it does wake him up. Should I be a caring wife and wear it at night? I'm not so sure!

Mary sometimes I forget to put mine in before I lay down at night. I usually end up getting up for it because I honestly feel better the next day after wearing it. You should at least give it a try:)
I just got a night guard too!!! It's taking some getting used to... but I think it'll be good for me. Haha... it's funny cuz Jimmy pretty much forced me to get it. His dad is a dentist and so he made it for me! haha!
